ARRIVAL

 

On the day of arrival, your reserved accommodation is at your disposal from 4:00 p.m., and the usual pick-up time is between 4:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. In case of early arrival, it is possible that the accommodation will not be ready for collection. If it happens that for some reason your arrival is late in the evening or at night, please be sure to notify the representative of Kety Travel  ​​ or the owner of the accommodation on the phone number that you will receive together with your travel documents and a description of the route to your accommodation.

On the day of arrival, you will be asked to briefly hand over your passport or identity card to a Kety Travel representative or the owner of the facility so that they can perform the legally required registration of the guests’ stay.

DEPARTURE

 

On the day of departure, the accommodation must be left in a decent condition no later than 10:00 a.m. so that it can be thoroughly cleaned and prepared for new guests. In case of your early morning departure, please inform Kety Travel or the owner of the house.

PRICES

 

The price calculation on this website refers to accommodation in the accommodation unit for the number of days for which the calculation was requested. Expressed prices, in addition to the accommodation itself, also include the following: usual electricity consumption. energy, heating in winter and air conditioning in summer (if available), water consumption, gas consumption (if available), final cleaning, bed linen, bathroom towels and tourist tax. All possible services ordered on the spot, such as phone calls or bicycle rental, are paid to the owner of the accommodation.

When taking over the reserved accommodation, the renter can (if it is stated in the description) ask the guest to pay a deposit, which will be refunded on the day of departure after inspecting the accommodation unit and determining that there is no damage in it.

SIZE OF THE BUILDING AND FURNISHING

 

All accommodation units (except separate rooms without a kitchen) from our offer are fully equipped and have: a kitchen or a kitchenette with a stove (partly also an oven), a refrigerator, dishes and utensils for the expected number of guests, and cooking pots. Electrical appliances such as mixers and toasters, unless specified in the description, are generally not available. All accommodations have pillows, blankets, bed linen and towels for the bathroom. Bed linen is changed once a week, while towels (two towels per person) are changed usually twice a week. In case you are allergic, we suggest that you bring your own blanket and when booking accommodation, be sure to book one that does not accept pets. Kitchen cloths, tablecloths, cleaning agents, sponges, kitchen towels and toilet paper are not included in the equipment of the accommodation, but there will certainly be one roll of toilet paper in the toilet upon arrival. If the description of the accommodation includes an air conditioner, it is most often located in the living room. Garden furniture usually means a plastic table and chairs, while sunbeds are usually not part of common garden furniture. Beds for one person are usually 70-90 cm wide and 180-200 cm long, while the so-called French beds of equal length, but width 140-160 cm. Accommodation with an extra bed in the living room is usually a pull-out couch. For any possible deficiencies in the accommodation, please report them immediately to the landlord or to the representative of Kety Travel. SAT-TV: As a rule, the satellite dish is set up to receive foreign TV channels. Any additional adjustment as well as related costs are to be agreed with the owner of the accommodation, and any adjustment costs are borne by the guest. INTERNET: In the event that the accommodation has internet, as a rule, it is Wi-Fi wireless internet access, the use of which is included in the price of the accommodation.

ACCOMMODATION TAX

 

According to Croatian law, every foreigner is obliged to pay a certain fee per day for his stay in the Republic of Croatia – residence tax to the tourist community of the place where he is staying. The sojourn tax is included in the prices expressed on this website.

DEPOSIT

 

The security deposit (if provided for in the reservation confirmation) must be paid in cash when taking over the house or apartment and serves as a guarantee for settlement of any damages caused by improper use of the accommodation unit. In case the payment of the deposit is refused, you will not be given the keys to the facility. The deposit will be returned upon departure from the accommodation facility after checking that there is no damage in the facility.

DISTANCES

The distances specified in our descriptions stand for the distances from the accommodation as the crow flies, which means that the beach and the nearest grocery shop may actually be a bit farther than the specified distances.

PETS (DOGS)

 

In the case of accommodation from our offer, it is specially noted whether pets are allowed in the individual accommodation or not. If you are bringing a pet with you (maximum 2), please inform us when booking (breed and size). For a pet, a fee is paid on the spot to the owner of the accommodation, which amounts to €5.00 – €14.00 per day per pet.

VISITS

 

Any visits to your accommodation must, in accordance with Croatian laws, be promptly announced to the owner of the facility. Take care that the owner of the accommodation has the right to remove from his property all persons who have not been duly registered.

GUEST WISHES

 

Special wishes of the guests, such as one specific number of apartments, two apartments next to each other, etc., will be received, and efforts will be made on our part to fulfill them. But in case they are not fulfilled, Kety Travel cannot be held responsible and they will not be considered part of the contract. We especially note that only descriptions and information expressed on this website are considered part of the contract. Verbally received information for which there is no written confirmation is not considered legally binding and is not part of the contract.
