Spacious apartment for up to 8 people, located in the small town of Kukci, only 5 km from the center of Poreč and 2.5 km from the sea and the beach. The apartment is ideal for a large family. It is located on the first floor + attic of a family house where the owners live. On the first floor there is a kitchen, a large living room with a dining room and access to a large covered balcony with a table and chairs. There are 3 bedrooms in the attic. One bedroom has its own bathroom, while the other two bedrooms share another bathroom. There is also a living room with a sofa bed and a balcony. The apartment is air-conditioned. The house has a large fenced yard that is available to the guests of the apartment. In the garden there is a barbecue for shared use and a large table with benches. A car park is available for guests.
